if a female black lesbian becomes president, it wont be because people think its time there should be one, it will be because she is qualified.

In England, our national football league has had complaints that not enough black players play at the highest level...yet many still play, and if they are talented enough they make it, if not they dont...they dont not get a chance because of their colour, racism is no longer institutionalised here...as im sure it isnt in the US either.

I wonder if we will have a female president before we ever have a black one. I would personally be insulted if we did elect a female, white president before we ever elect a black one. But then again, what good black candidates have we had lately?

yes I would definitely agree with that. Not that we haven't had some really good white christian male presidents but somebody different would bring in new views and opinions (probably for the better)

Doesn't matter to me. Although a president who's not a white Christian male would be nice.

yeah i am rooting for a president who's Hispanic, Black, Asian, Middle-easten, anything but white, and is maybe jewish, hindu, buddhist...or something different, and a female, maybe lesbian or bisexual also. Anyone different..because having 43 white male presidents in a row is NOT diversity and does NOT respresent America and does NOT reflect any sort of freedom we're supposed to have here.

I would vote for anyone as long as I agreed with them.
I'm embarrassed to live in a country where people would vote for their leader based on the gender or sexual preferences or race or anything but what they've done and plan to do for our country.
Some nations aren't fortunate enough to pick their leaders and the people here would rather have a good looking idiot over somebody who could seriously help us but wasn't perfect on the outside.
