I'm pretty new to YN, but if all the conversation are like this I don't know if I want to stick around. No, guys don't only date skinny girls. Jamaica, I don't know you, and I'm not saying this to be mean, but you do come off as bragging and having a bad attitude. And I think maybe you generalize too much, as far as drugs and sex goes. But the rest of you kind of ganged up on her, which is kind of weird I guess.

Jamaica, I would like you to actually try to listen to this post, and really see if you can understand what I'm trying to say:

Our main problem with you, and the main reason you get into these YN fights, is because you're "trying to show people the way". Celtic tried to point this out to you, and you took it to mean that "we hate you because you're knowing and good". In reality, that is not the problem. Our dislike for you does not stem from your beliefs, but from your attitude. For example, I agree with you that drug use is wrong, but I do not sermonize to bauhaus about how I'm a better person than he is for not taking drugs. You claim that you're not bragging, and then declare yourself "good" and anyone who disagrees with your beliefs "evil" (and you also include a emoticon in most of your posts). If you're concerned for us, then thank you, but please just state this concern or disapproval once and then let it go. Note that bauhaus is not condemning you for not using drugs. We're only asking you to repay him in kind.

Also, you generalize far too often. You seem to have formed a list of the "evil" people on YN (myself, DWM (where'd he go, anyway?), bauhaus, and Kharbydis leading the pack), and you automatically assume that we all do drugs, are depressed, and are promiscuous, when in fact I am a fairly happy drug-free virgin and proud to be so. Where you and I differ, though, is that I don't write people off for having sex or using drugs.

Please think about this.

Hey CelticNewAger.... No, im not perfect and yes, i do want to have sex.... i do get wet (im not referring to getting wet by swimming in a pool) and i do want to be touched by a guy, I do get aroused by reading romance novels, i have dreamed of my guy friend making love to me. However, i will let a guy touch me like that if i know that he loves me, not because he happens to be attracted sexually to me. I also promised myself to save sex for marriage though that doesnt necesarily mean that i wont let a guy i like and love touch me. Also, i think porn is degrading... It robs the meaning of sex by publicly and disgustingly showing it to disgusting people who have no useful time for themselves except their own lonely lives with their penis and vagina. Also, I dont do drugs because im not you, im not bauhaus or depressedwavemaster or Aguagon. Drugs can makes you go insane and do stupid stuff which i think is having effects on the people i mentioned above. Next, smoking is dangerous as well as drinking beer. Having sex with just about anyone you know and casual sex is totally irresponsible and disgusting.. To me, thats promiscuity. I also feel sexual, i also feel happy or sad, im human after all, but i happen to do what is right and not just live my life like some kind of unpredictable storm with no goals, or no care whatsoever about my health, about whether or not my actions are really that necessary. Our lives are just short and i want to liv my life as nice, as sweet and as happy as possible without endangering myself of getting pregnant, rolling over with misery or killing myself by taking drugs. With all the violence thats been going around the world right now, i certainly dont want to make my life miserable by adding problems into my life.
