You probably have a low metabolism rate (I think I do too). If you are watching what you eat, it could be that the exercises you are doing aren't maximizing the fat-burning capibility of your body.
You should try doing cardio. It's a bunch of upbeat exercises to get your heart going, and is good for any body type (I think). You just need constant, vigorous exercise. It's a lot of work, but it's worth it. ^__^
Hey-I have been working out like there aint no tomorrow and my school is huge and u have to go up stairs and stairs and go across parking lots between every class and u have to like run cause u only got 5 minutes...and i havent lost like any weight..i have been watching what i eat...this sucks..i actually gained weight....ahhhhhhhhh when is this gonna work for me!?
Some people can't help being overweight. They may have a disease or genetic problem thing or they may just be big-boned. There's not much you can do about that.
But, a lot of people can help it, some try, some don't. That goes for everything. Sure, you may be exercising and you may be on a diet, but you may not being doing the right exercises or eating the right food for you to lose weight.
I'm slightly overweight and I can't get it off, but I think it's because of my bad diet or lack thereof.
Hmm... for those questions, yes to all three, but only if he was what I'm into. I like nice, smart, funny guys. They must be at least decent at video games, and preferably into anime.
Physically I go for shorter, skinny guys, but that's mostly because I'm short and bigger guys sort of intimidate me (if they're all muscular or overweight; if they're skinny I can't be scared... [I'm picturing one of the boys in my grade who's really nice, but skinny and I'm only up to his shoulders]).
I could just picture you now, Amanda. We would be sitting in the side walk just talking, when all of a suddenly this guy walks by and you stop talking to me and just hammer your eyes on his butt. Then you whisper to me about how much you just want to grab that butt of his. While I am laughing at what you are saying, you get up and slap his butt and run the opposite the direction, telling me to come on too.
