Has anyone else had a guy (who knows u) majorly hit on you, not because like particularily like you, but because they think you're "hot'? It seems like most teenage guys just want a piece and will say whatever they need to to get it. How can you tell when a guy is after more than just some ~action~? What is about a girl's personality that only makes them good enough 'one thing' and nothing more (or is it just a reflection of the guy's integrity)?

oh come on. as if girls don't check out guys just based on their looks, i know i do. it's shallow and all, but we see a person before we get a chance to talk to him. so that's where we get our first judgement.

No, i would say that applies to all guys. Infact i would say it applies to all people. You cant even judge what is on the "inside" of a person before you get to know them, and i sure havent gotten to know many people i didnt look at.

Whats on the inside might be more important but it is never going to be noticed first.

The few times a guy has hit on me it usually made me feel uncomfortable… BECAUSE it was about my looks… that just makes me self-conscious… If anyone's hit on me for my personality I haven't noticed yet!

I think that if a guy's just after some 'action' it'll become apparent fairly quickly… if he talks to you like a friend rather than just as a girl he's trying to impress then I guess he cares about more than the looks.

Yep it's a reflection of the guy's integrity. There's plenty of girls like that too, like some of my friends want guys to like, be breakdancers and have great bodies before they'll show interest. We're as bad as each other really… but there's loads of guys and girls with integrity too!

No offense to all you guys out there, but some of you do have a tendency to look for whats outside before you look for whats on the inside. Im only saying "some" guys. Personally, i have a big chest. Guys seem to be somewhat drawn to me, and it gets pretty stupid after awhile. Its almost like "jesus, dont u think im somthing besides boobs?" but they dont really seem to get it...So u just have to get someone that cares about who you really are and when you find that person you will realize it. And for all you great guys out there, im sorry about the stereotyping...its only some of you.

hey just let me apologize for the more primal of my sex. first of all if a guy really likes you he will find a way to show you that he cares (and it wont involve hey hottie wanna get it on?) or anything like that. thoughtful caring guys will treat you with dignity and respect and if they dont then they arent worth looking at.

Now I know you think that beauty is skin deep and sometimes it is but there is a thing called your projection. If you project yourself as a good person then usually you meet people who are jerks, the same goes for hot girls if you are good looking then usually you atrack guys who want to be with the hot girl, they dont care about your mind just your physical body and that is the world we live in where if you are hot you are usually popular and if you are not then you waddle with the ducks.

Are you saying outer appearances are the most important thing, that a pretty face is enough for most guys - do you really believe that yourself? I see plenty of ugly people dressed well.
