I have a pretty fast metabolism....so I don't really have to watch my weight much, but I do anyways. I take dance classes (9 a week), so that helps keep me in shape. I'm pretty thin. However, I don't have a problem w/ overweight people. Anyways.....I should go. I have two ballet classes tonight and I have to get ready....

ShiningStar welcome to the 200lbs club. I hit that mark a few weeks past and I honestly never thought I would ever break my own body weight let alone 200lbs. It feels great doesnt it?

I keep mine under control by karate and lifting weights- I can benchpress 200, leg- press 310 pounds. I have lost a lot of weight, and this has been a huge personal victory for me.

I watch my weight when i am pumpin iron. I used to think I could eat anything and now that I am getting, well aging. I am more health consious. I am a trim 190 and 6ft on the dot. I am in way better shape than i was when I was 15,16 or even 21 for that matter. besides you can loose weight just by walking or cutting a few calories from your daily diet. It is so easy that i couldnt believe it. Sure i dont get to eat those bacon double cheese burgers like I used to but I still enjoy eating I am just more causious and if I do eat something like that I add extra items to my daily work out.
