we really need a spell check on this site.
honey, you need to get some food into you. you are becoming anorexic. a girl i knew was the exact same way as you, and now she's in the hospital, with tubes sticking out of her, to make sure she gets food. sure, she might look skinny, but she also looks as if she's about to die. please get some help.
and also get some chocolate. mmm...chocolate...

People hate hearing that there's something wrong with them, but I think you're pretty much normal. I would love to be skinny, but I'm average, and I'm pretty happy the way I am. But you should stop exercising too much and eat meat, because it has lots of protein. If you exercise three times a week, like something aerobic, something for muscular strength, and something for flexibility, that's enough. And besides, life is just way more fun with chocolate.
You should also talk to your mom about why you're concerned with your weight, because she might help you feel better about your image.

From what you've said, it seems like you need to just lighten up on yourself a little. Why don't you try focusing on something else like your dancing or some other sport? Here's a suggestion as far as eating meat goes: Tell your mom you want to become a vegetarian. You can replace almost any meat you want with something vegetarian. Pasta (with tomato sauce instead of meat sauce) is something we eat a lot at my house--we're all vegetarians. No chocolate?? How do you survive???

Sweetheart, you're begging for help. Listen to your mom, you need to stop exercising and start eating meat and chocolate again...how could you ever stop? Seriously though, there is nothing glamourous about eating disorders. Eat right, excercise in moderation, and ask yourself why you feel the need to be skinny.
