I don't get it??? I'm depressed and have major anxiety on part because of all the kids at school. My mom says its because there jealous and I have had tons of modeling offers but never had the self esteem to go for it. Besides all the guys think I'm ugly and laugh at me so why does everyone hate me at school??? It really doesn't matter though because I'm going to high school and I'll have a whole new group of haters... What do I do???

Peeps my age hate me 2, but I've already been in high school for 2 years... I joined my church's youth group at the beginning of high school...BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED TO ME!!! I suddenly found people who were a lot like me and EVERYONe was so nice and so now instead of a bunch of fickle friends, I have a bunch of friends that I wouldn't trade for anything!!!

Bottom line: find an activity that interests you and hopefully you can find people more sensitive to your differences.

umm i dunno but i think you're a little bit paranoid... ru sure EVERYONE s you? you just might b hangin around the wrong crowd... and the boys at ur school that call you ugly, they're hardly worth your worries. anybody who puts you down like that arent worth any of your time.

Actually I would never hurt another human being but I will do anything for certain people like you two.

The last fight I was in was basically I didn't do anything to protect myself. I just laid there while she was cutting me with something and she kept on cutting me with her nails and with that something else I think. She was doing that for about five minutes ( I believe, maybe more) until the teacher finally reacted and stopped her.

I didn't do anything because at that exact same point, I was tired of everything and I didn't want to touch her in any harmful way. She was mad because she didn't take her medication to control her anger so I put myself into a position where she let all her anger out on me.

I just said "Geez" and the next thing I knew she was on top of me and I was just laying on the floor with my eyes close.

I didn't want to do anything so she throw me down on the floor so she gave the first hit. That's how I got on the floor to begin with and I closed my eyes because I knew what was coming next and even if I tried running, it wouldn't work because she will grab hold of me before I got away.

The girls weren't that bad. They just ignored me and I liked not being notice by anyone so it was all good. Yea, there were some girls who did things but lets not get into that. The worse people I had to deal with were the guys. They didn't only tease me but also they would touch me in places that I didn't want to be touched or did things I wouldn't want to be done to me.

Someone once said that because I look so shy and innocent, easy to mess with that that's why people mess with me. However, I doubt that. Then someone else said that they might have messed with me because I was the highest person in class all the time but I doubt that too.

I just think I wasn't liked very much.

High school I will admit, got a bit better though. Yea, there were and I think still are people here and there but I don't know how but I have more friends now then people who don't like me.

However, I don't know how that happen. I don't know how I became known to so many people in the high school I go to. I'm not popular but like I said before, people say I am.

I think that's just life. See, I wanted to NOT be notice by people. I didn't want to be popular which I doubt I am. However, i have been notice by people and people say I'm popular. That's just life.

By the way: GodPrincess, who messes with you? I will go to your school and beat up every person who messes with you, if you like. I will try to even beat up the people who I know I don't even stand a chance to beating up. Just say the word I will do it. Isn't it those girls who tried messing with you before? "Gives a look"

I would beat up every person who messes with you too, Darkangel but I live very far from you. I live closer to GodPrincess. However, I'm going to Florida in two weeks so you call me up now. I will in the middle of the night seek out of my hotel, just tell me where they live, and I will get the job done.

People start to grow up in high school (well, most of them). Hang in there. There must be some kind people… High school is a chance to change things, so choose your friends wisely when you get there. Look for the nice, kind people, they might be a little quiet but they'll be there somewhere. A bit of advice is you can often tell from peoples' eyes whether they're kind or not. It's true!

But whatever happens, hold your head high and don't let the a-holes get to you!

Also, GodsPrincess - have you considered telling someone what happens to you every lunchtime? Or even changing schools? It just seems really awful that you're trapped feeling lonely like that.

Kids are stupid. They all want to be accepted and they hate everyone who is different. The same thing happens to me. They don't throw food at me but they do make fun of me for the way i dress.

Oh well, try to be friendly to people who aren't mean to you. Try to meet new people, sooner or later you might find a friend. Is there another person at the back of the classroom that you could talk to? Sometimes it's the two people that are always picked on that make the best friendships together.

I can't, I have been through many periods during school, I have been the bully, I have been the loser, I have been the rebelious misfit.

When I was a bully, me and the other kids I hung around with pretty much were jerks to everyone except our cliche and people who could beat us sensless. There were some kids we singled out, one kid had red hair, no one else did...easy target. Somehow I'm guessing you aren't like everyone else, either your clothes or your religion. I grew out of that bully stuff long before highschool....some people never grow up though.

When I was the loser everyone started to notice girls more, hitting puberty. I was one of those lucky kids who's body grew before his bones. Hence I was a fat little kid! I missed the whole "hooking up" phase in life. Wasn't invited to the cool parties, didn't have the cool clothes...and worst of all on the social ladder...I wasn't hooking up with anyone. It was rough, I think that was the roughest part of my life....things went downhill fast.

This is the part where I changed and became the rebelious misfit. But I don't need to go through all that...

I just want to get at the root of kids picking on you, honestly I think you sound like a great person and it's too bad no one else knows it. I agree with everyone about highschool, it is hell. I spent alot of it fighting or being beaten, I sometimes wonder if it wouldn't have been better to just be that kid in the corner. It was impossible for me to learn, the teachers sucked and I never knew who was waiting on the otherside of the door to class. Alot changes when you get out, I never thought I would be doing anything I am. If you asked me in highschool...I would have assured you I would be dead by 19. Things get better....

I am a big girl but to many I am very sweet. but then there are those who are mean to me so I just begin to be mean back. You jsut have to show them who u r whethter that means U be just as big of a B***h to them as they to u. And if they r sweet to U u be the same. You saound like a beautiful gurl. i know how u feel about being laughed at let me tell U I hear it from ppl n my neighborhood I am very ugly I am a big gurl i gotta live with it. And I am laughed ar ir roo and sooner or later u'll find that man who'll hold u up and U'll just have to wait. but as Amaris said Highschool sux it sometimes get worse... but u will just have to think 4 more years that is it 4 more! OMG darkangel i think you are my long lost sister! lol i am just like that...everyone hates me too...i dont do anyhting wrong they just hate me...guys think im ugly and laugh at me also...its not a big deal...after you hear it so much you get this attitude that u dotn care what people think...but it still hurts..it hurts alot. I just sit in the back of the class room, im just so tired of being hurt all the time. if you dont talk to anyone, no one messes with you, well atleast most people dont mess with you...i dunno i would be glad to be your friend...i sit at my own little lunch table and get food thrown at me...for no reason...its sad...i wish for once i could go to class instead of going to the bathroom to pick food out of my hair...

i don't entirely understand why they don't like you. you sound very nice to me. with the title, do people who are older/younger than you like you?

i don't want to assume anything on you, but do you talk about your modeling offers to other people? i know from experience, that talking about stuff like that can make you sound really stuck up. i don't think you're stuck up (you sound like an angel), but you have to chose conversation starters carefully.
