Speechless,
i'm always in the very same place. Your not a hypocrit you are just looking out for them. The only thing that would label you a hypocrit is if you were saying that people who cut are stupid....and put them down, make them out to be the bad guys. So, i think that you are safe on this one.

Good advice riska, just don't do it. I started cutting because I am depressed.

It can be addictive. The only reason I ever even started cutting was because of my temper. Not just a little spark of anger, but full blown rage. Hatred. That sort of thing. I started cutting simply because I thought it was better to hurt myself than to hurt others. Then again, I took control and I don't have that problem anymore. As for others, I can just simply advise not to cut. It should be taken into complete, serious consideration of what you are actually committing youself to.

Yeah, I'm sorta like that, last year in 7th grade, i carved a cross into my upper arm on my left arm, i was showing it to my friends and one of my teachers saw it and i got sent to the nurse about it, and she ended up calling my house which resulted in me getting my hobbie knife taken away, I warn people against cutting because i know the conciquences (sp?) but i still want to do it. Do you think that it might be an addiction speechless, like being an acholic type of addiction, or like drugs, you do it once and you are hooked? Still i do warn you all against cutting yourself.

i do that with lots of things. it's all about wanting to spare other people pain that you know all about. it doesn't make you a hypocrite.

Oh yaah that thought sounds familiar . Think of it this way maybe you are not a hypocrite . Maybe you know everything about it so u are just warning other people off . And maybe im just trying to justify myself...........
