Hmm... I could probably help you with talking. I'm a brilliant listener but why don't you invest in a school counselor or a therapist? Therapists are great.

As for weight loss: 2 Slim-Fasts a day and breakfast.
2 bows of special K and dinner.
Or sign up with Weight Watchers! I have a friend who did that and she says it works great.

Okay, I'm sorry that last post has an couple of mistakes. Sorry, I was distracted. My chest hurts really bad right now. Well, later it was hurting really bad, when I was typing up that post, now it's just a numb feeling pain but not actual pain itself. Yea, I should be lying there or something but I don't want to. I'm tired of my chest pains taking over my life. I'm tired of me just being sick, taking over my life.

Okay, I will tell you one thing on here. I know how it feel to have someone like your mom or dad die from cancer. Actually, I been faced with most of what you said that you need help with now. Like I said that doesn't help any but I will try to help more in the e-mail I will send you.

Yea, it send the message to your e-mail account. Well, whatever account you put when you where siging up is where the message will go. So if you didn't put your dad's account but you put yours then you will get it in yours.

I'm not being obsessive or trying not 2 be. My Dad just has diebetis from being overweight & has to take a lot of medication b-cus of that, & I want to have a head start... & thanks for all the advice & help,

nobodysfool704, I know I should tell someone this I already have they haven't done anything to that person all they did was talk 2 him & told him not to do it again... & don't they have a time limit on someone that sexually assults a person? b-cus it's been about 6 - 7 months & I don't know if they can do anything now, he's gone he doesn't live in the state anymore & I don't know his name. So now I quesse I can try again... Hope it works. Thanks for all the advice everyone,

Ahh, and keep this in mind, muscle continually eats away fat cells and sugars. So you will get healthy and stay healthy longer...now I just need to take my own advice

I'm not saying you don't look fine or anyhting...I don't know. But you sound like you are doing the right things, so it all should work out for you. JUst don't be obsessive, that can be just as bad for your health.

i dont know if you have already or not but you should really tell a person of authority (counselor, teacher, trusted adult... whoever) about the fact that you were sexually assaulted. those are some serious charges. like i said i dont know if you already have but you really should if you havent already.

But I know I need help & it seems like no1 else can at home so I thought I'll try here... 1 time the docter gave me to much sleeping medication on my operation 1 time & I totally stopped breathing... & I passed out for awhile & came back. Hey this might seem like this won't help but you need to ask ppl for help!You deserve help! My mom didn't & look were it got her... But she would have died anyways b-cus docters don't have a treatment for that cancer it's the worst can cancerr in the world... Hey can you & maybe some other ppl can help me w/ this problem? I was sexualy assulted in a class room & haven't told anybody I wish I told my mom when I had a chance but I didn't & it's eating me alive... No it doesn't scare me that u look up 2 me, no1's looked up 2 me before... so thanks, thanks for everything... Sorry I really don't know what else to say... I'll be here to listen if you or any1 else need 2 talk or needs help w/ a problem,
