Yes a daughter is been raped by her father or brother, then why does mothers fear to speak the truth! Why do they choose to keep silence when they know it’s not right? Don’t you think you are supporting the felon? Did u ever think once that what she is going through! Be functional fight for justice. In a situation like this why are mothers apprehensive to fight.

I dont think any of those reasons are why epople are afraid to come forward. How would you feel if this happened to you. Its a personal thing. i know someone that was raped by his mother and he couldnt come forward becuase inside he felt that she did it because she wanted to show how much she loved him and that she never meant to wreck him emotionally. He just couldnt admit the truth to himself that his mother was sick. He finally came forward one night after his mom said some things infront of us [his friends]. He broke down and told us so we drive him to the police station and he filed a complaint. It isnt a reputation thing. its more personal than anything you could imagion.
