Try to take a deep breath. It's good that you said something, even though that you are scared. Though, I'd recommend that you'd talk to someone who you personally know and is easy to talk to. Try talking to the councelor, or the guy that you had sex with. Talking may help. If you can't do that, try writting a journal first and show it to someone that you know.

I wouldn't go to the length of saying you are not pregnant, no way-no how, but I will tell you that it is extremely unlikely that you are. Try to seek out a counselor at school (for confidentiality) to talk about it.

You aren't pregnant, and if you wanted to stop you did the right thing. It's going to be just fine. Don't worry, and drink some tea or hot cocoa, also, listen to some music and basically just relax. Being upset accomplishes nothing.
