Well yeah. That's why when unless it's detrimental to the plot, there should be no nudity for sake of nudity. It takes away from the movie.

Some females are complaining about being exploited by actresses showing their breasts and are asking for revenge by wanting males to show their penises. My point is that a breast is not equivalent to a penis. If you say men should show their penises then women should show their vaginas. There is plenty of male nudity in films, but women want to see more of it all the time. There is no male equivalent to a breast, and breasts aren't really all that sexual. Its just a chest. Most women show half their breasts with the outfits they wear. Genitals are very private and should be hidden.

Are you guys kidding me. Titanic nor these other movie example did not show full frontal nudity. The vagina is hidden in all these movies. Showing pubic hair does not count. Shortbus and your other examples are not mainstraem movies shown at the theater. They are independent films released unrated and are not subject to the MPAA standards. They are basically porn and can show whatever they want, including penetration and semen. Those are not good examples at all. You cannot name one mainstream movie that shows a vagina and by vagina I am talking about the labia and vulva, not pubic hair. The fact is a vagina is hidden and a penis is not. The females complain about seeing breasts and want to see a penis, and see that as an equal body part. Its not.

Genitals should not be shown on the bigscreen by mainstream movies rated R. If you have the desire to see that go rent a porn or rent an independent film if Blockbuster will happen to carry them. Most rental places won't even carry filth such as Shortbus.

What kind of PG13 movies ?. A lot of them : wild hogs, my super ex girlfriend, me and dupry, the hot chik, along came polly, etc. Ther's a lot of them, is true they don't show the penis but they show the butt (male butt) in a very sexual manner and for long periods of time, and they aren't bad movies, they are comedy, if you don't beleive me just go and rent those videos. Now tell me a movie besides titanic where they show a woman's butt, any of course, they only show the back but not the butt, because if they show that they would have to rate those movies "R". So for hollywood or for the censors is okay to show a totally naked man in PG13 movies, but not a totally nude woman (she's always wearing something}. It's not that I'm complaining about it, we guys are okay with it, so don't complain that they only show naked woman, probably that was in the past, but they always have been rated "R".

But there's something going on lately: women complain that they don't show male nudity in movies, they do show male full frontal nudity nowdays. For a woman ther's no need to watch porn to see a penis, while for men, if we want to see a vagina, we have to wacth porn because they don't show the vagina in regular movies. There's a lot of movies now where they show the penis, while women only show their breasts, even if they show a full frontal nude women, she is always covered by pubic hair and it is only for less than a second; when they show naked men they don't have problems showing the penis and we guys don't complain about it, we just laught at it. Even in PG13 movies they show totally naked men, you are not goint to see female nudity in a PG13 movie, not even the butt, so what is a difference beetwen showing nude male in PG13 movies and not showing female nudity in in that rating.
If they would show at least a little vagina in movies, guys wouldn't have to go to porn to get that, while for girls all they need to do is rent a PG13 or R movies to see the penis.
So if Hollywood have to be fair, they have to show the vagina as well. I don't think women should complain anymore about this, just go to the movie theater and you are going to get to see naked guys (even the penis), you don't have to rent porn because producers nowdays they are omly showing male nudity even on TV.
