Wednesday, May 5th, is the National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy. Despite recent declines, about 35% of teen girls in the U.S. get pregnant at least once before they are even 20-years-old. That results in about 850,000 pregnancies per year.

Think it can't happen to you? Take the National Day Quiz to find out just how much you know about safe sex and teen pregnancy. Or log on to www.teenpregnancy.org for more startling statistics and to find out how you can help prevent teen pregnancy.

Just saying "no" should be enough; however, people try to pressure others into doing stuff they know is not right for them. Intercourse is not a game and the decision to have sex should not be made lightly. There are consequences to actions. My cousin is 21 and has a three year old daughter. His ex-girlfriend (his daughter's mother) is 25 now. He is in jail now and his daughter is passed around between his ex-girlfriend and his mother. It's a horrible situation.

I'm a little concerned about bauhaus' response and hope he understands the gravity of his words. I also want to voice my avid support for YouthNOISE's involvement in "National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy".

I became a father just days after my 18th birthday, and I am now living as a young parent in college. I wouldn't give my child up for the world, but my message to 'younger' youth is this; intercourse can wait.

Well I'm not the one who had a kid at 18... so I doubt your one to talk.

Took the quiz, then sent it. One of my friends was talking about how she was 'almost to fourth base' a few days ago, and I sent the quiz to some1 with her e-mail address. This came just in time.
