When you get stressed how do you handle it? What helps you out to feel better? Is there anything that you do that works for you personally? Suggestions please. I'd like to know.

Oh I forgot one! Meditate! Ok so no it doesn't exactly "relax" you in the moment like the stereotype of it leads us to believe, but in the long run, it's supposed to really help.

sleep, go running, disconect somehow(reading, watching movies, etc). It also depends a lot on what the stress is caused by. But I suggest running.

I say we call you the former, Sahn. So that "Sci" wont be confused with people talking about science.

I do not handle stress well. I usually get sick and look so terrible my teachers tell me to go home. I also worry a lot about papers. I have never been able to find that calm people talk about, I am begining to think that it is a made up place.

Distraction (aka Solitaire). And peppermints. That's what I do.
