well, the thing is i kinda need some advice... well the thing is that im knda depressed, i feel that nothing is worth a thing, not even life... i once had a friend, i once had a family, i had a period of happiness, i used to e straight, i used have a religion and believed in something, i once loved a guy....
but now suddenly i lost everything of the listed aove, i dont know what to do, it is all ****ed, and now, just what my life needed to be more worthless, im HIV+. IM so angry at everyone specially at me, i feel dissapointed of everything, and i dont know what to do...
well, the truth is that, im a little afraid.. ok im scared to death!!!! plz help, all advice is welcomed!

Maybe this is not what you want to hear - I dont know anyone with AIDS but i just want to say that everyone (you, me and EVERYONE) has a short amount of time on this Earth so we need to take advantage of our lives! Live and be happy! I know this is hard, I feel depressed sometimes too, but you just have to think about happy things and happy times.

hey im maryam and my aunt died of aids at age 28 i didnt even know her all i knew is she was an alcholic and in to drugs

My cousins friend had Aids and she got pregnant,now the baby and the father has aids.the baby is still alive and doing fine butt it isnt a very good deal.now the mom is teaching kids not to have sexs before your maried (wait training)and she is making a living for them and she graduated from school last year and her and the babys father got maried and are doing fine.

well, I don't really see the problem, life only has value if you put value into it.

You're all alone, so you must find more friends to call your own. if you were once happy then you will be happy again. straight or no, it doesn't change anything.

religion...yes religion is nice, something to keep you warm at night, I don't see how you could loose it though, it's all in your head after all.

you have an incurable disease, but you knew before that you were going to die, right? we all die...or so it's said, I wouldn't really know....but the chances of you living are the same now as they were before, it's just a matter of time.

None of that's probably going to help at all.
so try this, go look at a tree, it always helps me. perhaps it helps me because I really like trees. so, try looking at something YOU like, even when you're sad.

perhaps the truth of being sad is not seeing anything you like....hmm...tricky....I'll write more if I think of anything else.

I think with all of those circumstances anyone would be scared. I can understand why you feel worthless, but Being HIV+ doesn't make you worthless. One of my very best friends had AIDS and he goes to schools and youth groups, etc, and speaks about his experiences and tries to help kids. Perhaps you could do something like that, it could make you feel better because you would be helping people.

Your depression is not good for your overall health. Have you thought about getting involved in a counceling program for gay/HIV+ youth. I don't know how much my advice can help really, but you shouldn't be angry at yourself. Don't do anything drastic, like suicide. No matter how bad your life seems, I'm pretty sure that there are people who love and care about you.
