When you get stressed how do you handle it? What helps you out to feel better? Is there anything that you do that works for you personally? Suggestions please. I'd like to know.

for me, like in school, if i get stressed out i make a list of all i have to do and just worry about one thing at a time.

you can buy stress tapes that take you to a relaxing state of mind, it didn't really work with me but i have friends that like them soooooooooo if they work for you.........

Oh I forgot one! Meditate! Ok so no it doesn't exactly "relax" you in the moment like the stereotype of it leads us to believe, but in the long run, it's supposed to really help.

Poetry, Paint, Photography, Music, Literature (read or write, it depends) Breathing, Watch REALLY old movies on TCM, Turner Classic Movies, (like The Velvet Touch) ummm....idk I think thats pretty much it...play video games (yum) run, hmm well If I find any or remember any (I know its weird) I'll get back to you.

sleep, go running, disconect somehow(reading, watching movies, etc). It also depends a lot on what the stress is caused by. But I suggest running.

i get my ipod a GREAT book even one ive read a thousand times, walk to the park, sit in the shade and read my heart out. Poetry, the newspaper ive spent up to seven hours in one day at the park. I don't talk to friends there either i sit and enjoy my minds company, or if i feel the need i comtemplate science
