I'm a girl that has stuggled with weight gain for a pretty long time, it used to not be a big problem for me, but I get so deppressed about it and discuraged that I dont want to continue with the diet. I really want so help, I need to know what diet plans are the best ones and what I need to do to stay ontop of things and not get discuraged?

why are you worried about your weight? why would you be depressed about it? as long as your happy, nothing else matters...

why are you depressed about your weight? why are you even worrying about diet plans? you're fine the way you are, unless it poses a mediacl threat to you. who says that everyone has to be fat? or thin? or tall? or short? quit worrying and don't go and do the diet thing unless you want to life is just too short and there's way too much of it left to live for you to let something as trivial as your weight ruin it......

yea i agree, don't worry about it so much.. just eat healthy and exercise, don't stress about losing weight, all that matters is that you stay healthy and be happy with yourself

 well first stop worryin about it ok?its acctually good to be overweight.im 13 and i weigh 150 soo..  SMILE!!!
