My best friend has OD on some drug. I have been talking to her about it and she just seem like she don't want to hear it. I don't know what else to do. Should i just give up on her. Or should i keep at her to make her hear me.

just be there for her when she needs you. tell her what the drugs do to her and how it'll hurt her even more if she keeps at it. tell her how it hurts you to see her like that. and, eventually she'll hear it.

I don't think you should give up on her. It sound that right now is the time she needs you the most.
Try to help her find help, if you can.
I know that my best friend would not give up on me.

Turn her into the cops, your an asshole and don't know what your talking about. Turning her into the cops could throw her even farther into a drug addiction. She will never trust you again, and it will make it a lot harder to talk to her about it. If its really a serious problem (which it doesnt sound like) talk to her friends and family, be supportive. Most of all only she can make the decision to fight an addiction and she has to do it for herself and nobody else.

Too many people give advice about drugs when they have no knowledge about drugs or addiction.

beat it in to her thick, drugged up skull that what she is doing is not good if this activity persists tough love is the way to go so turn her in to the cops. she my hate you forever but you may have saved her life.
