so lately I've feeling terrible all the time. I keep having the worst thoughts and stuff. Found out my friends only hung out with me because they thought I would get them drugs and beer. Now all I've done for a few months is stay at home and play guitar all day every day. These thoughts in my head, of hate, jealousy, violence and death, I just can't get them out of my head and I just can seem to get my life together.

I, myself, am going through a problem similar to this. For the past year I have been bouncing around tables in the cafeteria just to find a group that truly likes me for me, and not because of the things I can get them. My advice is to just stick in there. I know, I know, it's tough to just sit around. But, sure enough someone is bound to come around and love you because of the fact that you can be you. AND, if it helps, know that someone(s) is going through it also. Come on, we are teenagers really.

I think the beset way to feel happy is find new friends (who aren't interested in drugs and alchohal. that kind of stuff never makes you happy, only even more upset and confused). To get the bad thoughts out of your head, I'd suggest going to church and hanging out with a church youth group (that is, if you have a religion). Also, surround yourself with happy things. (ex. don't watch violent movies that leave you depressed) I think another great thing that makes me feel happy and wholesome is hanging out with my family. Hopefully these tips help, they might not, it's just how they apply to me, I guess.

Sometimes life may seem hard, and I'm speaking from the same (kind of) point of veiw. But, as much as you have probably heard this, life does get better. If you're "friends" were only hanging out with you because they thought they would get you drugs and other things, than you might be hanging out with the wrong type of people. There is always someone out there just waiting to meet you because their life might just suck too.
Life is a lesson we learn it when we're through
