I just can't seem to find a boyfriend! Everyone says I'm pretty and have a great personality. I just don;'t know what's wrong any thoughts?

Thanx Bex your just like my best friend. You can give it to me straight. That's a good quality in a person. Your right in many ways. It's just that most of my friends are on vacation or just live to far away to do alot of stuff together. I guess I just want a guy friend that will hang out with me. Cure the lonelyness. I do have a really good guy friend that lives up the street from me, but he's so obsessed with his girlfriend right now his head's about to explode! lol Thanx again.

Sheesh. Hardly anyone has boyfriends at 13. I'm serious, look around and count the couples. It's all in your head!

Now me, I'm 16 and I've never had a boyfriend. have a little sympathy for my situation why don't ya.

Actually you reach a point where you don't care so much any more. Boyfriends are hard work, you don't want one unless they're going to be worth your time. I could have a meaningless relationship if I wanted (someone asked me out yesterday in fact, that was an unexpected surprise) but that's not what I want.

If you keep that great personality going, I'm sure you've got a good chance of getting a boyfriend and a relationship that's really worth it. Just chill out and don't worry so much. NO there isn't anything wrong with you. If you ever think that just tell yourself to get a grip. Sometimes life isn't exactly fair but that isn't a reflection on you.

Anyway, at 13 you shouldn't be obsessing over relationships. There's no rush, you've got your entire life for that. Concentrate on making a really solid group of friends instead, it really pays off. I felt the same way as you for a long time but now I realise I'd rather have great friends than a boyfriend. Ideally, I'd have great friends and a great boyfriend too, but hey… I can't expect to have everything!

You're 13. You don't have to have a boyfriend. I had my first boyfriend when I was 13, and then I found out he smoked. I kinda wish I would have waited til I found someone I really liked. Wait. You're time will come.

Is there any body else with this problem? Same circumstances? I just want opinions from someone I don't know. It would really help me out.
