Gay is not a synonym for "stupid", so please stop using it like it is. It's not cool to use "gay" if you really mean something is "stupid", it just shows how ignorant you are. So get it right...it's not "gay"(homosexual) it's "stupid"(dumb).

You're right. Or when boys just plainly call each other fags, as an insult. It makes me so sickened to think that maybe one of them is actually homosexual and is probably crumbling on the insides.

Okay. Hold your horses SilverWerewolf nobodys asking for more rights. Since when does wanting the samething as heterosexuals wanting more? Also the last time I checked were not in the Middle East, were in America and in America we accept people for who they are, the way they are.

On the original topic, of course I think it's stupid. I try to retaliate, when feeling particularly fed up, with "that's so straight/hetero," but it NEVER catches on.

I think one of my gay friends uses "gay" derogatorily (sp?). I should ask him why he does tomorrow. . .

Yeah, some people use it jokingly, but then there's others who are just plain ignorant and don't realize it. ::sigh::

So does my brother, and he's gay. He only does it when joking though. I still don't agree with people using it in that sense though.
