first, give it a week to let your friend cool down. then, without pestering, approach her at a calm, relaxed moment (aka not before a test or rushing to class. call in the evening or send an email) let her know that you are really sorry you hurt her, and you know it was a terrible thing to do and are really sincerely sorry. then ask her if there is anything you can do to make it up to her. if she makes a reasonable request, try to follow through (but don't fulfill requests for gifts and presents and such). if she is still mad, tell her your sorry she feels that way and if she changes her mind to call you. then leave the lines of communication open. don't ice her at school. treat her like any casual friend, smile when you see her in the hall, say hi, etc. hopefully she'll come around eventually. by the way, every time i said "she", i meant "he or she". i'm just to lazy to write it out. and never, EVER, put an entire message in a subject line again.

I reccommend calling their house at 3:27 am, crying, and begging them to be your friend again. It'll work, trust me.
