I wasn't saying that that is the point of the gay rights movement I was saying quite the opposite. That is shouldn't be the point of the gay rights movement. And like I said in this post and many before it, ALOT of homosexuals, not all. Maybe you don't se it as much where you are but it is a big problem where I live. The homosexual community reacts so violently to the homophobic community that it becomes a battle to see who is superior instead of a battle of equality.

I don't agree about trying to be better is the point of gay rights. How are gays aasserting themselves as better than straight people? My onlt experiancce wiht gay people tlaking about the straight community as a whole is them making a generalized statement about how straight men are [typically] homophobic.

I am just wondering, how are gay rights activists condeming straight people?
