Sure you're promiscuous by current standards, but it's all a matter of opinion.

Don't worry about society's labels on such things. As long as you wanted to do that and you were safe, ie using some form of protection and birth control, its nothing too bad. If you were a 15 year old guy, you would just be bragging to your friends about it, but gender roles still have not developed enough leeway for this sort of thing to be societally 'normal'.
