This subject is a little iffy for me. If one gets preg. from rape.. would that person really want the child as a reminder of that terrible day? If anything they will want to purge themselfs of any memory of that happening and remove the baby at once. I am not for abortions, but in this case.. to me.. it doesnt seem keeping the child would be very appealing to the one raped.

just so you know i wasn't raped, i got into a discussion w/ on of my guy friends about something and some how rape got thrown in and he thought that pregnacy from rape was common, i just want to prove him wrong. and i completely agree w/ luvbodbug if i was in that situation i couldn't bear the thought of killing a person for my gain.

I googled it, and found that 75-85% of rape pregnant rape victims actually choose against abortions, but I couldn't find the statistics you were looking for (I wonder if it's possible to track something like that?). I was amazed by (and grateful for) the amount of info saying that these women, for the most part, chose against abortion.
