OK. so last nite I met this totally hott kid right? I mean come on the kid looked like a rock star. But he was 21. And I'm gonna be 16 in Oct. Now wait a min! We didn't do anything I promise, but I would have. Is this honestly wrong? I mean I know it's illegal but if I give my own concent then why the heck not? I'm not going to have sex w/ him. I'm not going to have sex w/ ne one let alone a 21yr old. But I really wanted to at least kis him b/c I liked him. And I didn't tell him how old I was, my jealous friend did that for me. But you could totally tell he was into me. Later, we had a talk n he said I was cool and that he didn't mind talking to me, but to not try anything b/c he didn't know how he would deal w/ it b/c it would be hard. He was just a little buzzed from some alch. when we had this talk, but not when we first met. I asked him straight up, if I was 17 what he would do. He just smiled and shook his head and said I knew the answer to that one.
Ok, i'm not dumb, i know he prolly just wanted a$$, but I don't care, It's my choice!!!! My policy is "It isn't illegal unless someone finds out!!!"

i dont have any problem with it. its not illegal if the parents approve of the person. im 14(i hate my age) and i am totally crushing on a 21 year old. funny thing is i jokingly asked him to homecoming and he said he could arrange his work around it. which was awesome for me. but ya know wat i mean?

Age matters less than maturity. If you both get along and have a lot in common, than it's alright. If you two are at the same maturity level but 5 years apart, the age doesn't matter.

He is 21... I dont think age really matters... unless for example a girl who is in her 40s and has a bf who is 20 or younger....or the other way around like a guy who is in his 40s and has a gf who is just 20 or younger... that i find eww.... like that person is dating someone who is just the age group of his or her son or daughter.
But well, you are 16 right? and the guy is 21? Well, to me, its ok as long as you make the right decisions, you know whats right and wrong and most of all, do not fall for someone right away to someone you do not really know even if that person is hot or whatever.

The age isn't an issue...and I know I've posted this before but depending on what state you live in...if you are 16 nothing can be done, it won't be considered illegal.

ok,well I kinda of wanna know why it's this big deal w/ everyone. I mean, It isn't to me. my dad is 40 and his last girlfriend was 27. Age is just a number. If people are really in love or in like w/ each other, then what's the big deal. It's my choice, ya know??
