When I think about it, there arn't to many "information sessions" or TV annoucments concerning the STD's other than the "big one". As I see it, this is because of the terminality of AIDS and the likelyhood of contracting it if you have HIV, but at the same time there are plenty of others that are seriously damaging -- mentally and physically.

You get any one of the bacterial infections out there and arn't treated because your not properly informed your going to end up with scars and the most painful sores imaginable to the genital region. Even though they are treatable, you will most likely end up with scars if not caught early.

If you have a viral infection, there is no gurantee it can be treated effectivly. There is no cure for herpes (as you probably know from all the med commercials), and your guranteed to live with the stigma of having it. Herpes isn't life ending, nor paticularly a horrible STD to have if treated, but you might as well have AIDS in the eyes of many.

MCV (Molluscum Contagiosum) is viral but can be treated very painfully through removal of leisons by everything from surgical, chemical, and freezing, with no gurantee of absolute removal. If syphilis isn't treated is will affect the nervous system and can become untreatable, resulting in insanity and death.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else thinks the stuff thats out there informative wise as well as testing wise (there are free testing for HIV all around the world all the time, as far as i know, there really arn't for any other types of STD's) is too narowly focused.

STD- in my opinion i think these porn websites could make it a little harder for under aged kids to get into them cause i mean when u really thing about it they could just go on to google and look at porn images all they want
and the watch sex tapes
and then try expirimenting on the new things they have learn without know the risks
i think it's dangerous
i mean what if they have a boy freind that has it and then they durg(with the idea of what they see in movies) and have sex
feel your heart beat count 7 beats did you know that someone just got infected thats a lots of heart beats that is a lot of poeple

no offence, but what the **** are you saying? Pornography aids in AIDS? Autoeroticism i think would lessen the chances, after all, there arnt many people infecting themselves sexually.

Id be a lot more worried about Hepatitis then HIV/AIDS... aids isnt as bad as people think it is. If you are a straight male living in christianvillie ohio, trust me, your chances of getting it are pretty damn low.

See during the 80s a homosexual hating president ignorned the problem. It could have been easily stopped. But nope god fearing Regean turned a blind eye to the problem. If you don't want aids don't do any bloody cornholing.
