this isn't really a "art of mind/body" topic, but this is my favorite main topic and all the people here are pretty accepting with mis-categorizing things, lol, so here goes.
what do u guys think on burning music? like limewire and kazaa? do u think this should be banned? discontinued? charged? if you don't share music files, you cant be arrested. i think that they are trying to get everyone to stop SHARING music, so that there wont be any to download. do you think this should stop altogether? i admit that i download a lot of sings but since i have dial up modem, it takes like 30 minutes a song, lol, so it isnt a habit to me. i mist admit, i miss BUYING cd's and opening the cover to see the cd artwork, the pictures of the band, the lyrics, ect and i would really like to go back to that, but sometimes this is just more convinient, you know!?
should people stop downloading altogether and go back to cd's, be charged for the music they download, or download but not share?

Burning music to me I think it's legal, otherwise computer companies won't be selling CD burners hardwares to consumers. But piracy is illegal, performing P2P musics/videos or anything shouldn't be right. I don't see much advantage in it. One you're making the companies who sell those products lose business, but you get those stuff for free. Two, once you download free things, you'll get addicted to it (hey! it's free isn't it?) and you'll get a higher chance of being arrested. That's my perspective, there's a saying "You get what you paid for", download music and get arrested? not worth it. I discontinued using Kazaa once I heard people getting arrested. If you want those music real bad, either one, buy it or two, get it from friends who still do Kazza or Limewire or any P2P programs.

i always have guilt when burning someones cd or downloading off the internet...truth is, i dont have the time or money to go to store and buy a cd, but when i do, its always better, and its a nicer gesture as well...but say ur going to download one song off the internet, i mean if u really like it ur gona go buy the album...but i really do feel guilty when burning a cd from a friend because these bands are my idols
Why do I have a conciense, all it does is **** with me?

There are already many topics on this. But I'll answer anyways. I believe that when people download music they should be charged, because it's not fair to the artists or the record labels when a person gets an artists songs for free. ByE bYe
