I can frankly say that reducing weight is the most difficult thing I've ever tried. I need guidance. I work out every other day doing one hour of walking or bike but I still continue to eat out. I likes fast food and eat it and I know I'm not eating the right thing but it's so hard to me give up these foods. Does any diet pills will really work for me with out leaving fast food? I feel so guilty. I feel like I'm working out for nothing... help!
Trust me leave the pills alone, the best way to lose weight in to exercise. You'll feel better and look better. The key about exercise that will burn fat is to get your heart rate over 160. Walking is good, but you have to get that heart rate up for over 30 minutes. The way you check your heart rate is take your pulse for a minute and them multiply that number by six, and you'll have your heart rate at that time. If you get your heart rate over 160 for 30 min every other day, you will lose weight. It may take sometime, but it will happen. You also can't miss a day of working out. Leave those pills alone, your just going to gain the weight right back. Good Luck -Tabb

Hey, I lost 80 lbs. You know what I did? Stopped overeating and excercised my *** off, literally.
Advice: Count EVERY CALORIE you eat, and keep yourself to something like 1500-2000 if your a guy. If you're really overweight, you'll drop the pounds quickly.
Get rid of soda altogether, go diet, unsweetened, or even better: WATER! Water is key, drink a lot of it. Also, get rid of sugar and cream in your coffee or tea if you drink it. Black coffee tastes better and gives you character.
If you're having problems overeating, just realize that every peice of food you DON'T eat is weight you lose. Try this for a while, and force yourself to eat like 1500 calories a day. You'll quickly realize that you won't be able to eat any signifigant amounts of junk food or fast food without quickly shooting over that number. But you're still hungry right? Well guess what, there are plenty of foods you can eat a lot of that are low calorie. Look around for some, and learn to like them.
EXERCISE! 'nuff said. Like eating, just imagine that the more you work out, the more weight you lose.
It's not easy, but it's not impossible. You won't lose weight without control though, and there really is no effective or easy way to really keep it off without self-discipline. You simply have to learn it for yourself, and no message board will truely give that to you.

Don't buy diet pills. They can cause heart attacks and a TON of other side affects. (Does anyone else watch HOUSE?) Plus once you get off of them you would just gain the weight back.
Loosing weight and keeping it off doesn't require a diet, it requires a life change in your eating habits. You can't expect to loose 20 pounds, then keep it off when you go back to normal. Eat healthier and smaller proportions and it will all work out.
seriously youre gonna have to eat healthy foods, but the best way to lose weight is to eat like 8 small meals spaced out through the day of healthy foods, this will help to speed up you bodies metabolic rates. but you have to lose the junk and fast food and continue exercising.

Lol, does that mean we can shoot it?
Also, sett, don't do the diet pills. Even if they sometimes work, they're very, very harmful. And they're also not a substitution for exercising and eating right.
