Ali, trust me it dosent. It can cause a bladder infection or enlarge your baldder wich both r bad.

Well according to Liar Liar, in men, holding in your pee can affect your sexual ability and even prevent you from becoming arroused. No idea why, but it was Liar Liar so you know he was telling the truth :P

It doesn't directly cause cancer. It can give you a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) though, and from what I hear, they are not at all pleasant and should be avoided at all cost.
