I thought I should pass this along, just so that all of you will capture a glimpse of "what's going on."

Sorry for the [literally] screaming headline, but our newspaper's editorial page hasn't been updated for months (FYI: this same release is going on our editorial page, which should make for an interesting convo)

there's a lot of blood and possible viral transmission with c-sections, too. without medications, the transmission rate of HIV is 25%. if you use medications (which is expensive) then the transmission rate drops to 1-2%.

I learned something new yesterday... Did you know that babies contract HIV/AIDS in the birth canal? They don't contract it until the birth process. Maybe more women should get C-sections.

I just saw the movie, "And The Band Played On", a movie about the AIDS epidemic.

Countless homosexuals and bis have been discriminated against because of the relationship that AIDS has with the gay community. While I do admit it is a bad one, just because someone has AIDS doesn't necessarily mean that they are same-sex oriented.

After reading the article, I was forced to ask myself, "Why?"

After you (whoever replies) read it, I suggest you do the same.
