I need help. Over the past year I dropped 23 pounds, I am now 5'7 and I weigh 117lbs. I know that i'm thin, but I can't stop finding ways to say, " oh there's too much fat there," or " no, i shouldn't eat that," i know i need to stop, people always tell me how skinny I am, but I just don't see it. Any suggestions?

You can't stop hating your body. It's just the way people are. Alot of people are just like you and forever question their looks. You can try to find ways to keep yourself busy or make yourself feel more secure about your looks.

If your worried about how you look in outfits spend awhile in shops trying things on to see how you look in them.

Never buy anything unless you think you look good in it This will save you a whole lot of money while still maintaining a security level.

Don't ask guys or even girls how you look. They can either be brutally honest or brutally offensive without even realizing it.

Everyone is differnt, if someone doesn't think you look hot in that outfit you just bought yesterday then don't go taking it back to the store. It's your body not there's, if they have a problem with what you wear it's their problem.

well you have to understnd a little bit of fat is a good thing. if you get too skinny it's acually a turn off. guys don't like like fat falling of someone but they don't like seeing your bones everytime they look at you either. if your too skiny, your not huggable. ya know? the fact is that if everyone is telling you your skinny already, than they're probably right.

Every girl I know is like that. It's not cool, or healthy, probably, but I think it's pretty normal.

hey, instead of focusing on flaws, focus on your killer long legs (since your tall) or your flat stomach or anything good about your body. stop obessing. were all different, and you cant look at only the bad things, and you cant want to be like a certain person exactly because thats impossible.

well,
good news. the first step of solving your problem is over, admiting to yourself that you have a problem. what i suggest to you, if you really and truly want to get over your eating disorder, is to talk to someone you trust. such as a close friend, or a good parent who will get someone who is qualified to help you.

my friend had an eating disorder a few years back, and i just remember being terrified for her. me and my friends got together and made sure her parents knew about it. it was the smartest thing we ever did for her. now that she's over her problem, she has thanked us profusely for helping save her life. if your friends and family truily care about you, they will do anything necissary to help you. never get upset at them for trying to help you. and just remember, it's all in your head.

good luck
