I have a question for the guys out there. Is confidence and a sparkling personality more important than physical beauty to you? Because you know... some people just give off that "come hither" vibe.

What I look for in a girl is most defiantly going to be quiet different from the other responses. I’m looking for a woman of character. Someone that is willing to help others when life knocks them down. It is very important to me that she knows that I will not be able to ever completely meat all of her needs, as I also know the she will never be able to fully completely meat all of mean. What I think the biggest thing I am searching for is a woman is that she will stick with it and not quite when she finds out that I’m not nor ever going to be her perfect price charming.

But I like everything except hunting and working on cars. I like cars (as in they are pretty) but I don't know a lot about them.

It sounds like you want someone to talk guy talk with...couldn't you do that with the guys and just have your lady watch a game with you or go fishing with you once and awhile? I'm not trying to sound mean, I'm just asking.

I'm going to change the original question to 'Guys, what do you look for in a girl or guy?' and then I can answer.

Intelligence and a good personality is all I care about, but there has to be that special connection or else I doubt it would work out anyway. That and I dislike people in general.

I'm glad you like a face better. That's a good characteristic to look out for. I know some girls that have good bodies but are just ugly and have horrible personalities...and I don't know how a guy would be able to stand to look at them if they didn't have something besides their faces to look at.

...Which is what I expect someone to say. Actually, I've met many girls who didn't have nice-looking bodies, but looked good because of how thier face looked. I met a girl today at college who simple didn't have a chest. But, her face was beautiful.
But they do make nice pillows...^_^ Err.
But I don't think I would have quite so much respect for a girl if she had implants put in merely to attract men. Splurge a bit on some...I don't know, eyeliner or something. If you don't want a guy who will take off for a cheap, busty floozy, find a guy who is attracted to your face, not your chest.

This is how you can tell girls are very self-conscious...I think this type of board has always been floating around the entire time I've been here.

You know something sorta sad is that some guys like their women to be girls...as in small, young, childlike (physically or mentally sometimes)...if you've never considered it, there's been a steady progression of infantizing women since...well I don't know when, but I think it's odd and funny and slightly warped that it's there.

I can't help but admire women who seem fairly athletic...who don't look like they could be defeated by a strong gust of wind, and have that air of being strong/healthy physically, but the mentality and respect for themselves that often comes along with it. You'd think this is what guys would want instinctually...but I don't know....it doesn't seem how it is today.
