It's very easy to say that the bible is not true. it has been translated and rewritten by hand far too many times to be crediable. Also, the differences between the books also show how noone remembered anything quite right to begin with. I gave you a more lengthy explaination on another thread.

they didn't know each other that well. sisterly love? perhaps. the bond of women? maybe. as far as i've read the book of ruth, the implications of the relationship between naomi and ruth is up for interpretation.

are you sure there kissing was not of a family love-- since it was the mother in law to the daughter in laws.. back then they used this kiss to greet.. unless i misread this...

All Angels are men eh? And the Bible was written by men, right? So only men can become Angels... How rude of God. And you haven't read very much of the Bible you dope. Read the following for me, in which not only NOT condemned same-sex relationships, but may even be considered to codone them:

Ruth 1:16-17 and 2:10-11

1-2 Samuel, especially 1 Samuel Chapters 18-20 (pay particular attention to 18:1-4, 18:20-21 and 1 Samuel 20:41... also 2 Samuel 1:26)
