you've really got to do something about this. if you dont the outcome might be worse. it wont stop unless you do something. it wont get better unless u say something

how long do you think you can go before you lose before you lose it all, before they call you bluff and watch you fall?

Abuse is a serious thing, and I know it might be a scary thought to think of what would happen to you if you call the cops and all this what ifs, and things like that. But your own safety is very important. Your life really doesn't have to be the way it is, it shoulnt have to be! I hope you'll find someone you can reach out to, and find someone that can help!

Megan's right. Tell someone before it's too late. If not for yourself, do it for your brother. I know what you are going through from what my brother and I went through with my dad when we were kids. I can tell you that if my brother hadn't spoke up and said something, we would have had to stay there miserable and having to take the abuse. I'm so thankful he told. You have the courage to do it. Meg and I believe in you.

Logan,

I'm so sorry to hear about your situation. You need to tell an adult you trust. From the sounds of it, you have physical evidence of abuse, and I don't doubt that people will believe you. People who can help include a teacher, family member, someone from your church, a neighbor, a sports coach or a school counselor. Or, if you feel comfortable going to the police by yourselves, you can do that too. By telling another person, you help to remove the amount of power your parents have over you.

This phone number [1-800-4-A-CHILD] is a toll free number that you can call. It is completely confidential, and they have experience in helping kids in abusive situations. Personally, I am not an expert, but please feel free to IM me (my information is on my profile) if you need to.

Good luck to you and your brother. I hope everything works out for you.
