ive been exersizing almost everyday for 2yrs. and ive only lost 17lbs. im now trying to eat right but it seems that now'n'days im more hungrey then i used to be. is it because of exersizing, does it mean my matabolism is increasing? i drink lots of H2O and i do try and eat right but i cant resist the bad stuff sometimes. anyone have any helpful info or hints on losing weight? and please, no diets or pills or anything. i want something i can do my whole life.

i remember some random "tips",but i haven't tried to be thinner,i don't know if they'll work,just trying to help
eat before you swim or sing,but don't eat anything after swimming or singing.it's said tha you'll lose your weight pretty fast.(well it doesn't sound healthy to me,so please don't take acute exercise after eating too much) don't eat after 9:00 pm have your meals slowly pick fruits instead of candies 14% of the food you take must be vegetables a little exercise when you are bored always helps

thank you, short, sweet and simple. by 'everyday' i mean 5-6 times a week only sometimes 7..after 7 i take a day off. its not cuz im forcing myself. i do 10miles of hills on a mountain bike and i love doing it. i dont starve myself, just wanted to know why i am hungrey more often i *usually* have breakfest, small snack, lunch, small snack then dinner. and i drink as much water as i can get. thanks for the advice!

Lots of times hunger can be relative, if you are used to eating a lot of food then start eating a "normal" amount you will be hungry at first but that feeling will go away with time.
What do you mean when you say "workout almost everyday"? Even professional athletes take days off and so should you. Here is what I would do. Only eat 3 meals a day and 1 snack. Exercise 5 days a week. Drink plenty of water while you work out. There ya go.

The reason why you r hungry more often is becuz u r working out. When u work out u work off food. So your body wants more to work off. You have to eat to lose weight.
