I'm not a virgin (for all those who DON'T know that)

In reality sex is awesome, I'm not going to lie, however, you have to be emotionally (and physically) ready for it. It does change relationships, in some cases in mature relationships it can strengthen it, in immature relationships it can mess things up. Its up to the couple to decide whether they're ready, nobody else can make that decision but them. But please, use you're brain... yeah I mean the one in your head, not the one below, use protection, calculate the risks, if you're not completely comfrotable talking to your partner about it, well I'm sorry you're probably not ready.

J'irai bien.

Yeah and watch how it complicates relationships and ends up being awkward later. The people I know who are flippant about having sex are flippant about everything else too. And if you do hold sex to a higher standard, then sleeping around WILL have consequences. It doesn't have to be a taboo but that doesn't mean it's something that you just do either.

Yeah, same here.

I've got 4 cousins under the age of 5 right now, and I'm a nanny. Birth control? 10 hours of baby-sitting a colicky 5 month old will do the trick.

Sex may be wonderful eventually...but at this point of my life, I think not.

I was a virgin all throughout high school, so I guess that's another thing to add to my list of stereotypes I don't fit...

Virginity is a difficult subject... Its been a while since i could call myself a virgin. i consider sexual acts that could give you an STD giving up your virginity. But most dont. and no remitrouble... your not the only non-virgin. and i can tell you that most those people lied. 57% of highschoolers in the united states in 2006 were not virgins.

in my highschool 77% of highschoolers were non-virgins. then again there were the liers... but no one cares to talk about them... when you think about 77% of a highschool of 300... thats alot of kids who have had sex. there were 12 girls in my graduating class that were pregnant at the time of graduation... and 7 other girls that had kids already. my graduating class had 96 people in it. there were 14 fathers in my graduating class.

being a virgin in highschool??? i dont think so. maybe most of the people who are on here... maybe. but not in most highschools.

Oh wow. I guess I'm the only "non-virgin"

Anyway... what is virginity? I knew a girl who considered virginity anything sexual; oral sex, etc. Another girl considers virginity vaginal intercourse.

That also brings up the question... What about lesbians? If lesbians have never had intercourse with a male, but has done things with females, is she a virgin?
