My super skinny friend thinks she's fat, and keeps saying that she needs to go on a diet, and that she wishes she looked like a model. Those stupid bimbo models who look liket twigs!!! WHAT SHOULD I DO??????????

Hun, it's impossible. She's bound to be alittle mad and hurt if it turns out to be true. You've gotta let her know you care enough about her to say you think she has a problem and be willing to stand by her. I hated my friend for the longest time because she forced me to quit cutting but she and I are closer than ever now. I realize what she did saved my life and made me happier in the long run. Hopefully, if it's that bad, your friend will see that too. Just have a little faith in her.

Odd. Perhaps that's why I didn't post on this before, because I didn't miss the first sentence before. Oh well. 'Super Skinny' is still subjective. >:P

Lots of people wish they looked like models. What you have failed to mention is whether or not she is actually chubby or not. Maybe she just does want to lose a few pounds, not to a point of harmful. Nothing wrong with that.

sit her down and talk to her. get somewhere where it's just the two of you and tell her that you're worried about her. tell that she is beautiful the way that she is ans that she doesn't need to go on any kind of diet. if the two of you are good friends, she'll listen and agree.

Well she apparently has a distorted body image. Do you know if she has any eating disorders (its very possible)?

Unless your friend is taking her own advice and dieting to an unhealthy extremety, she probably just likes hearing people tell her "no omg you are so skinny". I'm 25 lbs underweight and I think I'm fat some days. Then I go to jack and the box and eat 4 tacos and think, what the heck, so is the rest of America. Don't worry about it unless its become unhealthy, just tell her she isn't and don't bring up her weight if she is uncomfortable about it. Positivity

i mean i know i should tell her that NO ONE will ever look like a model, except models, but how do i tell her this in the nicest way possible?
