im 13 and i just found a lump in my right breast its hard and its really painful.
is it possible i have breast cancer?
Does it matter if the lump is on the right or left?
(can't go to doctor sunday)
Please reply ASAP really worried and scared!

the doctor's were closed today so i did some research on breast cancer and i read about the Paget's Disease and i had something like that before i don't know if it is it or not because it stopped a years ago. Do you know anything about this?

In all likelyhood you do NOT have breast cancer. This kind of thing is far more likely to be something not as serious, like a cyst, or just a temporarily inflamed gland, niether of which are anything to worry about.
