...makes you stronger and we can prove it! As many of you may or may not know I am a martial artist and I love shows and books related to my art (filling the void of endless knowledge) recently a TV show called "Fight Science" aired on fox I think and they studied various martial artists doing various things. Now when one guy broke several thick stacks of bricks. (I've broke a few bricks in my time and it's a lot of fun) However the human skeleton normally would not be able to do that. So they looked at this guys bone structure and it turns out that years of hard training had made his bone structure and musculater denser which allows him to take more damage and deliver repeated stone shattering strikes and the like. So it's proven that whatever doesn't kill you does indeed make you stronger

Strength training that regularly consists of things that might kill an untrained person. Besides, if something kills you, it won't make you stronger, right? So if it doesn't kill you, chances are it is making you stronger in some way. It doesn't necessarily need to be physical. It might be mental, spiritual, etc.
The more you know, the less you don't know.

Unless you lose consciousness and are in a coma for years and are only being kept alive through artificial means...  I agree with this statement in most situtations...hence the new sig.
