Meat, when it is a BALANCED part of a healthy diet, is extremely healthy and nutritious. You can't eat mainly one type of food and expect to be healthy. If all you at was buckets of strawberries, you'd be on the fast road to obesity. Just because something in excess is shown to be unhealthy does not mean it should be excluded all together. Also, you call youself a vegan. Do you eat dairy products? Use leather? What glues do you use?
