I am currently doing an informal survey on how many people are aware of the current parental notification or consent laws in their states.

I would really appreciate it if you could state your age, state, gender, and whether or not you are aware of your state’s parental notification or consent law.

Aware: I believe our state does not require parent notification however I'm not sure. I also don't think that the parent is required to sign a form to consent to an abortion.
