Psht, perfection. Aim for perfection and you'll begin to realize it's a moving target.
And you know that when the truth is told, you can get what you want or you can just get old.

My opinion is where all perfect bodies because God didnt intend us all to look the same thats why we all have different shaps and i fell that if the media didn't brainwash people in to thinking that a size 0 was the perfect body because it's not. Only we can decide whats the perfect body for us not other people because we're the ones that have to live in our bodies and not the media. So only you can decide the perfect body that you are happy in.

There is no such thing as perfection. Perfection is an ideal that can never be reached.

I don't believe in perfection but when it comes to body, I think being skeletal is as close as it gets. Yeah, its probably a wrong idea but then I'm not very right in the head.

I agree with singer I don't think there really is a prefect body.
To a model a size 6 is big, but to me a size 6 is perfect. I would love to be a size 6 and maybe oneday I can, if I decide to exercise. I think I'll start tomorrow.

i agree, i execise and stay active and im happy with my body , the only person that can really truely decide whether or not you have a perfect body is you ,because, why would you care what other people think.

Im sorry to say thatin this socciety, the is no perfect body. If you have curves, you are considered to fat, but if you go on a diet to become skinny you are accused of being anorexic or balimic(however you spell it). You just cant win!

I think all women are beautiful and every woman has something beautiful about her. A perfect body only exists if a person creates the need or desire for a perfect body in their own mind; it's not something physical, but a mental process a lot of people go through, and the exposure to supposedly "perfect" women in the media. Every woman is perfect and beautiful in her own way.

I love this quote betharoo1785, who is it from?
That quote has seen numerous sources. One's a story of God saying this to a little boy. Another is Audrey Hepburn (but she said something else, I think, that was sort of related.) Others are Maya Angelou, and Ralph Fenger. Pick your favorite. And it goes: The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, The figure that she carries, Or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman must be seen from in her eyes, Because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman Is reflected in her soul. It is the caring that she lovingly gives, The passion that she shows, And the beauty of a woman With passing years-only grows.

..They don't use airbrushing just to make the skin look better. It's also use to give a shadow on the abdomen, legs and arms to give the illusion of definition. I'm not saying these woman aren't attractive, but that's not a very good example. A better example would be to cite female athletes. Gymnasts, swimmers, runners, etc. Their bodies are healthy and toned. Besides, perfect body is completely objective. It depends on how you feel about yourself, and for others, how they feel about your body. Everyone has a certain taste. But whoever made the point that they'd prefer someone who took care of their body as opposed to someone who didn't, good point.
