Just exercise regularly and drink lots of water in order to fill-you-up, for lack of better terminology. Therefore, when you eat, you'll tend to eat less. And a good rule of thumb is to eat a large lunch and small breakfast/dinners.
But if you're an egregious exerciser, you might weigh more because of your muscle content. Determine your body fat percentage and then work from there.
