Talk to an adult you trust. One of your parents, her parents, someone at school...any will do. You could also call a suicide hotline and talk to someone there. They are really designed for people who are suicidal, not who know suicidal people, but the people there should probably be able to give you some advice. I know it is feels wrong to betray your friend and bring her problems to an adult, but remember...it's better to have an angry friend than a dead one.
