Well, a chewing obsession isn't the same as a rape obsession. I doubt chewing makes you want to hurt people, or gets in your life, or commit crimes.

In any case, I agree that you can stop this an obsession. But they have to catch the people with these rape fantasies soon enough before...

Rapists are not aroused men who can't control themselves. Rapists are rapists because they enjoy raping. Some men find the idea of seeing a woman struggle and fight, be scared, get hurt, etc, arousing. These are the rapists.

When you are extremely aroused and in a position (pun not intended) in which sex can be possible, you do go near trance like. It's odd.
