I, Charlotte the smart, have made an incredible breakthrough in the dieting world that i am sure you will be interested to hear about! i think this will be bigger than the Atkins diet and the south beach diet combined! I call it, the ELFS diet! ELFS stands for, drumroll please, Eat Less Food Stupid! seriously though, what do you think about dieting and weightloss? I need to lose about twenty pounds to be in a normal weight range for my height, so i have dramatically reduced my junk food intake, made a habit of reading nutrition labels, and taken up weight lifting by getting a personal trainer (bday gift for parents) my dad just started the south beach diet, my mom is on a modified atkins diet (basicly shes trying to lower her carb intake), and my brother is into the whole bodybuilding scene, with the whole protien shake, muscle shirt, mens fitness magazine bit. me, my dad and my brother all go to the gym to work out on the machines, and my mom does her freeweights at home. are you taking steps to get in shape? whats your best stratagy for resisting junk food? well, im off to the gym, bye! oh, p.s. my best tip is just find someone who knows the weight machines and go to the gym with them once. have them show you some machines, and you'll have fun! you'll want to come back! NEVER weight lift alone!
