i would DEFENITLY rate myself a 10! i dont care what i look like at all. health or not. im not over or underweight, but even if i was, i'd still rate myself a 10. you should always rate yourself a 10. doing so will give you a more positive attitude towards yourself which may end up unexpectidly giving you a higher self-esteem and getting you into good shape. no i dont go to the gym and play sports and all that crap. im happy with being my natural lazy self. and some people are very athletic and all that, but just cause im not doesnt mean im less than a 10. and that isn't a crime of pride. im just happy with me :
