Hello everyone! I recently have been reading many books on the raw foodist life style. It's so interesting to me. I've always been into health, fitness, and try to be healthy. ( despite my love of the all american french fry lol ) Anyhow ~ is there anyone out there who is into eating all or 90% raw foods ? I would like to pick your brain!

There was something on Ripley's one time about this guy that ate moldy raw rotting meat, and it cured him from cancer! or something along those lines

Heh, you are all depraved. Personally, I'll eat fruits and vegetables raw (duh), but when it comes to meat, I prefer it well-done.

hehe wow I wasn't expecting this to be about food... tis indeed ingenius.
personally, I dont think a raw diet sounds very nice. I'm going to assume its a vegan diet,as I doubt you're going to be gnawing on raw animals or anything. So yeah sorry cant help. But good luck with that.
