So the talk of my city has turned towards about 12 young people who have died recently. These youth were using heroin that authorites later found to be laced with lethal amounts of a painkiller called Fentanyl. People are outraged that anyone would lace heroin with painkillers. The thing that really hasn't surfaced is: "Why were they using illegal drug in the first place?" There has been a lot of blame-placing by various people within my community...any thoughts on the matter?

People who are gonna do drugs are gonna do em and people who arent, arent. Its that simple.
The original draft of The Lord of the Rings featured Chuck Norris instead of Frodo Baggins. It was only 5 pages long, as Chuck roundhouse-kicked Sauron's ass halfway through the first chapter.
